Parent Orientation and Brigance Screening Events

Parents who have enrolled children in MECK Pre-K for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year will participate in parent orientation and future students will complete Brigance developmental screenings which will help teachers plan for the upcoming school year and understand each child’s educational need. If you are a parent enrolled in the upcoming school year, please make sure you check your e-mails to sign up for these MANDATORY events. Please contact info@meckprek.org for more information. You MUST already be enrolled in MECK Pre-K to participate in these events.

Multilingual Learners (K-12) will enjoy a day of fun activities while parents participate in engaging sessions to discover helpful academic, literacy, and community resources. The festival will include cultural celebrations, such as musicians, dancers, and a parade of flags. Smart Start programs including the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, MECK Pre-K and The Basics will be represented.
